Thank you for choosing Titantrek. Our mission is to create durable gear that stands up to the demands of travel and everyday adventure. This Warranty reflects our commitment to quality while ensuring fair use.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. Examples of issues covered include:

  • Broken or non-functioning zippers

  • Torn or defective seams and stitching

  • Faulty buckles, clips, or straps

  • Structural failures in fabrics or hardware not caused by misuse

Duration

  • Backpacks and travel bags: 5-Year Limited Warranty (from the date of purchase)

  • Accessories (pouches, organizers, straps, etc.): 2-Year Limited Warranty

Note: Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase from Titantrek or an authorized retailer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, scratches, fading, or abrasions)

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Accidental damage (drops, crushing, stains, spills, fire, or water exposure)

  • Airline, transit, or third-party mishandling

  • Misuse, neglect, or overloading beyond recommended capacity

  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced items

  • Final-sale, clearance, or refurbished products

Fair Use & Limitations

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection by Titantrek.

  • Repairs or replacements are made at Titantrek’s discretion. If a product cannot be repaired, we may replace it with the same model or a comparable product of equal value.

  • Replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period.

  • Shipping costs to return products for inspection are the responsibility of the customer; Titantrek covers repair or replacement shipping back to you.

Claim Process

To file a claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  2. Submit clear photos of the defect and a description of the issue.

  3. Contact our warranty team at support@titantrek.store

Our team will review the claim within 7-10 business days and provide next steps.
